The work model for the role is: {hybrid}

Your role and responsibilities

• Processing day-to-day HR requests related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Payroll, Compensation &Benefits) while ensuring all quality, time and internal controls are maintained,

• Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption,

• Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements,

• Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information, maintaining a high level of data quality and providing on-demand reports where required,

• Supporting smooth implementation of new company projects and transitions by providing data or participating in testing phases.

Qualifications for the role

• University graduate in related fields,

• Up to 2 years of experience in HR Services in a global company,

• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Good knowledge of Excel is required).

• Knowledge of Workday would be beneficial,

• Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written),

• The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams with project management mindset,

• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
