Position Overview

This Position reports to: Business Communications Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement media plans and content for traditional and digital media to consistently engage target audiences
• Coordinate and support media interviews, including preparation and follow-up activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, KOLs, and influencers to promote and position our brand/products effectively
• Create external and internal content, including press releases, success stories, newsletters, and other relevant materials

Qualifications for the Role

• Minimum of 3-5 years of content and media-related experience in multinational corporations or leading agencies
• Candidates with media work experience are highly preferred
• Professional writing skills and strong verbal and presentation abilities in both English and Chinese
• Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude, capable of taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new information and knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or higher required; preference will be given to candidates from 211 or 985 universities

The High power Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. The Division's induction, synchronous and special design motors and synchronous generators power critical applications across industry, infrastructure and marine transportation.
