Position Overview

Reports to: Service Workshop Manager

Work Model: Onsite

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Perform workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, assembly and testing
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of equipment to identify and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for vibration analysis to assess the condition of motors and generators
• Perform vibration analysis to identify potential faults, defects or abnormalities in the equipment
• Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities
• Proactively execute work on first-time right approach and ensure the job is done on time and on quality
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines
• Check bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts for needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available
• Prepare comprehensive reports documenting service activities, including findings, recommendations and actions taken
• Provide frequent domestic travelling, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites
• Provide international travelling as needed for field services and training purposes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of Electrical Machines and applications
• Knowledge of AC/DC Motors/Generators
• Good level of English, both written and spoken
• Turkish knowledge is a must
• Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Flexibility and quick adaptation to frequent scheduling updates
• Valid driving license (type B)
