This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. About the Role

This Position reports to: Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Participates in contractual terms and conditions review (client, consortia, subcontractors, suppliers), risk reviews, contract structuring and negotiations, tax issues, cash flow analysis, preparation of quote calculation (full cost model), cash-flow and exposure analysis
• Analyze, detect and evaluate legal and commercial risks of projects and contracts and implement adequate risk mitigation actions
• Completion of monthly management reporting packs for a variety of stakeholders
• Optimizes project cash flow and manage the currency risk (hedging), tax issues, financial reporting, accounting, and project financing requirements
• Responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement
• Monitors the proper follow up on claims and back-charges
• Provides high quality management information and support to Business Area Controller in financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of financial performance of divisions, internal control
• Drives the periodic Project reviews and reporting cycle within the divisions
• Provides strong Financial and Controlling support to Project Managers and Sales Managers
• Updates of project forecasts and budgets in ERP (SAP) and other systems
• Acts as interface for upward reporting of project performance to the ABB Group
• Ensures compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and Accounting and Reporting Guidelines
• Takes a leading role in the development and continuous improvement of the company's SAP and other management reporting systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• More than 3 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Controlling and Accounting in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP & VUK is must and IFRS experience is an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Turkish language is must
• Solid knowledge of SAP is highly preferable
• Team oriented profile with strong risk management, negotiation and multi-stakeholder management skills
• Result oriented, self-motivated and analytical mindset
