About the Role

This Position reports to: Procurement Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Finish Indirect Material and service (IM&S) requirement supplier quotation and competitive bidding, select finial supplier and agree with price and other conditions
• Finish Purchase Requirement check based on check point, then convert to PO and PO management
• Negotiate with vendor and prepare IM&S contract and finish approval according to approval flow
• IM&S vendor master data maintain and management in system

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Economic, Logistics, and other Engineering Major
• CET-4 level and above, fluent in oral and written English communication
• Two years or above purchasing or sourcing experience in large industrial plants
• Excellent business negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills with cross functions
• Excellent systematically thinking and data analysis ability
• Familiar with application of office software
• Knowledge in SAP software will be better
