This Position reports to: Commercial Operations Manager (부장)
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area – Distribution Solutions Division in Korea and operates on a hybrid work model.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the project execution with overseas factories and serving as the primary point of contact for customers
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience executing medium to large-scale electrical projects, preferably within industrial or utility sectors
- Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage switchgear design, components, and testing procedures
- Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and deliver engineering solutions in coordination with overseas manufacturing facilities
- Proven experience collaborating with customers, engineering teams, and production or manufacturing sites
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Proficiency in Korean, and Business-level proficiency in verbal and written English
