This Position reports to:

• Accounting & Reporting Manager
• General Accounting

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the: Finance BA Function

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assisting in cost controlling, budgeting, and financial tracking activities.
• Supporting month‑end closing processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports and dashboards to support business and finance stakeholders.
• Supporting account reconciliations and basic investigations to ensure data accuracy.
• Assisting in SAP data analysis, cost center tracking, and internal reporting.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support financial planning and performance management.
• Adhering to ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for assigned tasks while working collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure are welcome.
• Basic understanding of Controlling concepts, cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to or working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with interest in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adaptable, and open to flexible working shifts, if required
