This Position reports to: Global IS Security Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to successfully develop and implement security measures for ABB in your area of responsibility. Each day, you will protect ABB from rapidly escalating threats. You will also showcase your expertise by staying vigilant in combating security threats, taking charge of the organization's cybersecurity, and keeping track of existing security infrastructure to ensure systems that protect vital information are secured.

Work Model: Onsite

Location: India or Poland

Responsibilities

  • Manages project-based activities and provide advice and guidance to stakeholders and targeted audiences
  • Manage service operations related to the program, in order to ensure continuous improvement and maintain service excellence
  • Plan, implement, and maintain awareness and training campaigns
  • Seek for new solutions, vendors, and innovative solutions in the area of learning
  • Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification
  • Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation
  • Coordinates learning and awareness content management processes to meet the needs of users and changing threat landscape
  • Uses learning and awareness content publishing systems to manage published content across different channels
  • Vendor management
  • Dealing with problems and issues, managing resolutions, implementing corrective actions, driving lessons learned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in security awareness, risk related trainings, compliance driven learning experiences or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in managing globally global service or project in security awareness, learning, e-learning or communication
  • Proven experience in assessment, analysis, development, documenting and implementing changes based on business requests
  • Strong and proven communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, during the normal course of operations and during crisis
  • Fluency in verbal English is required; excellent English-writing skills are essential
  • Security, Auditor, Service and Project Management Certifications are a plus
