We are looking for a new position for the High Voltage Switchgear Engineering team in Brno at Vídeňská.

We are looking for a candidate who already has experience with protection programming. A candidate who has a technical background, wants to work with modern technologies and is not afraid of the challenges that this role brings. Someone who wants to be part of a team where experiences are shared, ideas have weight and your work has real meaning.

What will your task be:

• Maintaining and developing the know-how of protection programmers, including unifying technical rules, standards and work procedures.

• Creating, developing and standardizing processes in the field of protection programming in cooperation with other technical specialists (construction, design).

• Ensuring a uniform work methodology across the team of protection programmers and its long-term maintenance.

• Defining and methodologically managing KPIs in the field of quality and productivity of protection programming.

• Professional and methodological support for protection programmers in solving complex technical or system problems.

• Coordination of protection programmers' trips to commission switchboards, including planning, follow-up and cooperation with other roles.

Who are we looking for:

• A person with experience in protection programming

• Education in the electrical field is a prerequisite

• Knowledge of the work of a protection programmer

• Experience in preparing documentation for programming, using PCM600 and other similar tools

• Czech and English at a communicative level (daily communication - written and telephone), min. B2.
