This Position reports to: TA Team Lead - Czechia & Slovakia   Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid/remote} {insert Linkedin #} This role is contributing to the {insert product group/business area/division/function} in {insert region}. Main stakeholders are {insert main stakeholder groups if available}. You will be mainly accountable for:- Managing End-to-End talent acquisition processes for the assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to the business hiring managers. - Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and solve current issues in the candidates’ pipeline, candidates’ experience, that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in functional specialty. - Using and updating relevant recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding systems in support of the talent acquisition function. - Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.
