Your Role and Responsibilities
The work model for this role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions division in China. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Implements the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Achieves product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Executes annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups
- Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market
- Coordinates market analyses with Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans
- Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Oversees sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s)
- Drives sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each salesperson
- Facilitates know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
- Cooperate with local sales organization to develop new distributor and OEM partner in specific region
Qualifications for the Role
- B.Sc. or above degree preferably on electrical or mechanical
- More than 5 years' working experience in the industry of medium voltage products, be familiar with MV products and system
- More than 3 years' experience on engineering design, project management, product management, service, or market/Sales development
- Digital application knowledge and experience is an advantage
- Strong determination, perseverance, cross-cultural sensitivity
- Very good sense of customer support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has strong communication and presentation skill
- Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Be proactive, high level of self-motivation, self-starter
