Your Role and Responsibilities

Reports to: R&D Team Lead

Work model: Onsite

• Assist in mechanical design
• Participate in product development projects
• Assist in equipment maintenance and improvement
• Conduct experiments and tests

Qualifications for the Role

Professional knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Mechanical-related software operation ability: proficient in at least one 3D modeling software (such as Solid Works, Pro/E, etc.), and able to use software for simple mechanical parts design and assembly drawing

Learning and communication skills:

• Strong learning ability and curiosity
• Full of enthusiasm for the machinery industry
• Willing to take the initiative to learn new knowledge and skills

Problem solving ability:

• Have a certain ability to analyze and solve problems
• Be able to use the knowledge learned to conduct preliminary work when facing problems that arise in mechanical design, equipment maintenance or experimental testing
