We are currently looking for a French-speaking Order Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints related to orders from our Customers in France. Leveraging your strong customer service and complaint‑management skills, you will support both external Customers and local ABB teams in France.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Manage end‑to‑end complaint handling (including disputes, returns, and logistic, billing, or technical issues) in Salesforce and SAP

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and coordinating with related teams on order changes, completion, expediting, credit management, account blocks, and other request types

  • Maintain direct communication with customers - mainly via email in Salesforce - and participate in regular customer meetings

  • Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders

  • Collect, archive, and document all order‑related information, including proof of delivery, invoices, assumptions, and decisions made throughout the process

  • Collaborate closely with multiple ABB functions, such as warehouses and factories, to support smooth case handling

  • Create reports and analyze relevant statistics (forecasting, pacing, and other performance indicators) using available tools to support continuous improvement

Qualifications for the role:

  • Fluent in French, enabling confident and effective interaction with customers and stakeholders

  • Good command of English, supporting smooth collaboration in an international environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, paired with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset when facing challenges

  • Strong ability to work with and navigate complex processes, including routines that require consistency and focus

  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑changing environment, remaining adaptable while maintaining service quality

  • Proven capability to resolve a wide range of customer issues (order, technical, payment) through effective collaboration with internal and cross‑functional teams

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel

  • Valid Hungarian work permit/VISA

Advantages:

  • Experience with ERP and customer/order management systems (such as SAP, Salesforce) is a strong advantage

  • Background in customer operations, order management, service delivery, or complaint handling, with proven end‑to‑end case ownership (order updates, delivery follow‑up, administrative tasks)

  • Hands‑on experience managing customer requests and supporting operational processes in a fast‑paced environment

  • Knowledge of an additional European language (Italian or Spanish)

  • BA/BSc degree in a relevant field, providing a solid academic foundation
