This Position reports to: IS Functional Analyst

Work model: #Li-hybrid

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product.

Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • With the support of Implementation Manager, define project scope and plan; ensure that implementation project timelines are met, and scope is delivered
  • Perform system configuration to meet business requirements
  • Analyze and document business processes, propose solutions, define impact on existing systems' landscape
  • Coordinate the UAT session between business stakeholders, SAP specialist and other teams involved in the process
  • Act as a contact point for business super users, provide initial assessment of reported issues, serve as liaison between super users and development teams
  • Track and follow-up problem resolution
  • Develop training materials to support systems implementation and adoption
  • Support local super users in new requirements definition
  • Support testing/quality assurance of new local requirements, coordinate and perform regression tests
  • Review and identify issues and opportunities in business processes

Qualifications for the Role

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT environment
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, implement processes and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience in working with different business stakeholders
  • Ability to build good relationships and find consensus when needed
  • Attention to the details
  • Knowledge about BOL/OMS or ServIS applications
  • Interest in further development in IT and/or project management
  • Knowledge of Electrification business will be an additional benefit
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps will be an additional benefit
