This Position reports to:
Service Sales Support Manager:
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.

This role is contributing to the Motion Service Business based at Bangalore, India:
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Development of business from new markets for digital solutions and Service agreements, with market specific business plan and growth strategy.
- Preparing technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
- Prepare monthly, yearly forecasts, achieve order targets viz a viz assigned KPIs in collaboration with geographical sales team as per organization directives.
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
- Collaborate with business functions to conduct marketing campaigns, nurture leads and convert them into business revenue across focus geographies.
- Collect market insights and listen to customer’s voice to identify customer needs; define new value propositions to differentiate from competitors
- Implements and execute the growth initiatives for respective areas of growth, in the allocated geographies in the country.
- Manage the service offering including service agreements and ensure the profitability of the service products with a focus on Care Agreement offerings including “Smartly Enabled Services”.
- Active collaboration with global sales organization for delivering best of value to customers to support local sales network.
- Deploy various go-to market models to build business case in untapped markets and increase revenue for Service agreements and Digital solutions
Qualifications for the role
- Full time BE Electrical or B.Tech Electrical
- Knowledge on Drives and Motors
- Strong background on IIo
T Digital solutions:
- 7-8 years of Business experience in the sales of service agreements (contracts/ AMCs) and industrial digital solutions
- Expertise on SaaS / Maa
