Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Perform software engineering tasks—such as development, testing, quality engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, support, and release management—with reasonable proficiency and limited supervision.
  • Contribute to the software roadmap by recommending new features, functionality, and product variants.
  • Participate across the full customer lifecycle: opportunity identification, qualification, discovery, solution blueprinting, pilot/POC, deployment, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
  • Collaborate in ideation and solution design with cross‑functional teams (software engineers, UX, SMEs) to validate requirements and create customer value.
  • Provide end‑user support, diagnose and resolve issues, escalate as needed, and help enhance customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong communication and public affairs capabilities, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages and computer science fundamentals to support problem‑solving, system integration, and technical decision‑making.
  • Solid background in systems engineering and product management/development, including contributing to product lifecycle activities, requirements analysis, and technical solution design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and optimization, identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements that improve performance, quality, or workflow efficiency.

Compensation

Base salary is expected to pay between $89,400 and $131,120 annually, determined by the successful applicant's qualifications and experience.
