About the Role
At ABB, we help industries outrun – leaner and cleaner. Here, progress is an expectation – for you, your team, and the world. As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen. It won't always be easy – growing takes grit. But at ABB, you'll never run alone. Run what runs the world.
ABB Marine & Ports is leading the transformation of maritime operations. Our mission is to enable safer, smarter, and more sustainable shipping through cutting-edge technology and services. As vessels evolve to meet the demands of tomorrow, so do we – constantly challenging our solutions and ourselves to deliver excellence.
We are expanding our team with a Technical Bid Manager within the Modernization Sales Team, located in our Fornebu or Ulsteinvik office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modernization and upgrades for the marine industry.
ABB delivers a wide range of products, such as frequency converters, propulsion, automation, power management and power distribution systems – AC and DC grids in combination with batteries. Your task would be to integrate our products into solutions – tailor-made for the customer.
You must have experience within marine electrical systems, either from engineering, from the field, or from sales – preferably a combination of those.
