Your role and responsibilities
Drive market-driven product strategy and go-to-market execution, ensuring product-market fit and revenue growth through deep customer insights and cross-functional alignment.
Main Accountabilities

Creates, plans and ensures implementation of the local go-to–market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.

Develops and implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with AIS products.

Focus on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance and requested on-time delivery for assigned products.

Create demand through technical promotion, provide solutions and a value base selling approach.

Understands customer needs and drive portfolio optimization and make Roadmap proposal
Requirements

Education Background: Major in Electrical/Engineering related
-
Working Experience: 5+ years of product or marketing or engineering relevant experience

Position Knowledge/Skills: Fluent on English both in written and oral

Personality: Good communication and interpersonal skills expected, and with good teamwork spirit
