Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Dilovası Kocaeli.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.
• Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Graduates of Vocational Schools and/or Vocational High Schools in Electrical
• Installation, Panel Assembly, or Automotive departments,
• At least 3 years of experience in production assembly,
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (ability to read electrical projects is preferred),
• Experience in serial assembly lines,
• Knowledge of 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Pneumatics, Hydraulic Systems, and Assembly Hand Tools,
• Preferably experience in sheet metal assembly operations, manipulator and crane operation,
• Team player, disciplined, open to learning and development,
• Able to work in shifts,
• Residing in Istanbul's Anatolian Side or Gebze Region.
