Reports to: Quality Control Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Conduct inspection work based on drawings, technical standards/order notes/customer special requirements, determine OK/NOK, and record inspection results and issues
- For defects identified during inspection, notify the production line for timely handling
- For high-risk issues/batch issues, promptly escalate to the quality engineer and assist in problem analysis and improvement
- For defects reported on the production line, respond promptly, conduct preliminary analysis and judgment, and provide handling recommendations
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the status inspection of commonly used measuring tools and the replacement and procurement of unqualified measuring tools
Qualifications for the Role
- Vocational school diploma or above in mechanical or electromechanical-related majors, or 3 years of relevant work experience in the position
- Able to read and understand mechanical structure drawings
- Proficient in using common measuring tools (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Possess strong problem analysis skills and be familiar with problem-solving tools such as 8D and 5Why
- Understand the ISO 9000 Quality Management System
- Familiarity with motor inspection standards is preferred
- Proficient in simple English recognition and skilled in using computers and related office software
