Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
• Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
• Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
• Work in a cross-discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team’s activities.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Or entry-level experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools
• Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
