Role Overview
Reports to: HR Business Partner
Work Model: #L-onsite
Location: Apocada, Nuevo Leon
This role will develop the training process for Hourly Employees, implementing training methodologies and ensuring the necessary skills for employees. You will be contributing to the Electrification team and collaborating with hourly employees, department supervisors, HR, subject matter experts, and operations teams to develop and implement effective training programs.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:

Promotion System: Coordinates internal promotion systems from publishing of new requisitions to candidate selection and communication. Ensure cycle times are met.

Onboarding-Organizational: Design of onboarding process, from hire to certification, meeting organizational requirements. Partners with Trainers to ensure a proper execution of Onboarding and knowledge transfer process.

Training Design:
- Basic "Train the Trainers" delivery to instructors
- Training programs & material design
- Soft skills training for key personnel
- Trainings evaluations & check for understanding
- Continuous content & audiovisual development
- Participate in DNC process
- Coordinate internal/external training courses
- Participate in regulatory training requirements

HR Solutions: Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Act as partner, coach and facilitator to front line leaders, counsel on the most effective solutions to resolve issues. Provide HR support to hourly population in the Monterrey site while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate training and talent development
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge in the training process, training methodologies, and the development of multiple training programs
- Advanced English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
- Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine deliverables
- Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
