About the Role

This Position reports to: Automation Manager

The Process Engineering Lead oversees a team of process engineers and document specialists, ensuring consistent execution, standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for mentoring and training team members, driving process effectiveness, and aligning engineering practices with strategic production goals. The Process Engineering Lead plays a key role in maintaining high-performance production lines, integrating new products, and ensuring quality and capacity targets are met.

Reports to: Smart Process Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading and supporting a team of process engineers and document specialists
• Ensuring standardization of manufacturing processes, documentation, and best practices for both current and new products
• Overseeing training, development, and technical support for process engineering staff
• Monitoring and improving overall line performance, balance, and capacity while ensuring effective execution of PFMEA, CTQs, and quality initiatives

Team Dynamics

You will lead a high performing team of Process Engineers as part of a larger Smart Process Design Team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing & Leadership
• Immersed in modern manufacturing process and strategic engineering practices
• Enhanced knowledge of lean manufacturing, process standardization, line balance & capacity, PFMEA, and quality initiatives
• Passionate about driving change through innovation and collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing or Process Engineering
• Comfortable leading and communicating in a team environment
• American citizen or currently hold a US VISA / work permit
