Position Details
- Reports to: Local Division Manager
- Work model: Onsite
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Perform on-site service activities including service jobs, installation and commissioning, routine maintenance work, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and on-site troubleshooting
- Analyze and rectify technical problems on-site
- Perform technical support and identify and analyze technical problems through remote work when in-office
- Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities
- Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative
- Execute service work on-site with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines
- Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers
- In close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of service experience or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge of Low voltage and Medium Voltage Frequency Converters
- Advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools, drive configuration software, and troubleshooting techniques
- Able to read electrical drawings
- Familiar with Switchboard/Panel and its products
- Industrial automation systems (PLC and DCS) knowledge is an advantage
- Valid driving license with no obstacles for traveling
- In-depth understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes with service logic and customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity with marine/offshore work environments and procedures
- Good command of English and fluent in Turkish
