Position Overview

Position Title: Ingénieur des ventes Produits OEM et Intégrateurs H/F – Variation de vitesse et Automates

Department: Motion

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Sales Manager

Locations: Orsay or Villeneuve d'Ascq

Intervention Area: Île-de-France and Hauts-de-France

Role Description

Attached to the sales manager, you maintain and develop relationships with OEMs and Integrators customers. Internally, you work regularly with support departments (Sales Administration, Marketing, Distribution, Technical Support).

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a customer portfolio by developing and implementing commercial action plans on your sector, based on CRM
  • Ensure the implementation of the most relevant sales channel (direct or through specialized distribution) to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Actively engage in acquiring new customers, from prospecting to the implementation of first-time supply
  • Be the preferred contact for customers within your scope of responsibility and support the deployment of product launch plans in the territory
  • Negotiate commercial and legal contracts with customers, with support from internal departments as needed
  • Listen to customer needs and use your knowledge of ABB solutions to propose tailored offers
  • Record information in the CRM and monitor commercial dashboards
  • Implement necessary actions to contribute to the improvement of flows and customer satisfaction
  • Take responsibility for commercial results in your assigned area of business
  • Operate independently in commercial planning, in accordance with the strategic guidelines of the business
  • Manage your price discounts within the framework of delegations granted, ensuring compliance with turnover and price variation objectives
  • Establish the commercial action plan under your line manager's direction and ensure monitoring via CRM

Required Profile

  • Education: Bac+2 minimum, ideally with dual technical & commercial competencies
  • Experience: Confirmed experience in a similar field of activity
  • Languages: English fluency
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with digital tools/CRM; knowledge of variable speed drives/automation appreciated
  • Personal Qualities: Autonomy, flexibility and strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, curiosity, benevolence, tenacity
  • Competencies: Skills in business interviews and negotiations
