Reports to: Master Schedule Planner Leader

Work Model: Onsite

In this role you will be the main point of contact for an essential part of the supply chain process, in charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met
• Manage the shipping area in line with the company's standards; 100% accuracy in shipping location
• Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation, internal customer service logs and training and safety records
• Create risk prevention plan in accordance with the tasks and the nature of the installation, including inspection of the condition of racks, conditions of pallets, adequacy of forklifts and load units to racks, and correctness of maneuvers by workers
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal and/or company regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; OR
• Associate degree PLUS minimum 4 years related experience; OR
• HS diploma/GED PLUS minimum 6 years related experience
• 2+ years warehouse distribution or manufacturing supervision experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and MRP/ERP purchasing software
• SAP experience is preferred
• 2nd shift position: 3:30pm-12:00am
• Must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US
