This Position reports to:

  • District Sales Manager
  • Central

This position is accountable for the revenue performance of the Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) – Commercial business. The role requires collaborative implementation of programs and processes to maximize sales margin and revenue in alignment of the Company's business plan. Individual will be responsible for evaluating business opportunities which directly impact the territories business.

The Sales Specialist, Electrification Installation Products reports to the District Sales Manager.

Territory responsibilities Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Brantford, Hamilton, Niagara Peninsula.

This is a Hybrid / remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Leadership – Serve as the primary contact for all channel and end-user customers in your territory

  • Business Performance – Meet or exceed the Integration Commercial Business Plan and associated financial KPIs

  • Market Strategy – Identify new and existing market opportunities aligned with the go-to-market strategy

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with pricing, sales teams, and other ABB divisions to maximize efficiency and deliver integrated solutions

  • Strategic Execution – Provide market insights to management, implement margin and revenue programs, and drive continuous improvement in business performance

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of Sales and/or Marketing Experience.

  • Minimum of 2 Years of experience in B2B Type Business Model.

  • Familiar with electrical industry and historical Go To Market strategies (preferred).

  • Successful completion of a Business Degree is an asset.

  • Valid drivers license

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $89,400 and $131,120 annually. This position is a new role.
