We’re hiring Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to join a high-impact team driving growth in strategic accounts. This is an entry point into full-cycle Enterprise SaaS sales for candidates with some closing experience—whether as a junior Account Executive (AE), Account Manager (AM), or Inside Sales Representative (ISR)—and ready to expand their ownership. You’ll close transactional deals under a set threshold while supporting a group of Field Account Executives with outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, renewals, and field event support. This is a full-cycle role with real revenue ownership—ideal for someone looking to progress into strategic enterprise sales in a fast-growing environment.
What You’ll Do:

Run the full sales cycle for transactional deals under a defined amount.

Partner with 3–4 Field Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting and support account plans.

Manage and execute renewals across signed accounts in your territory.

Follow up on inbound leads quickly and effectively.
-
Drive attendance and follow-up for marketing and field events.
-
Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast precisely, and stay aligned with your territory team.
About You:
-
2–4 years of SaaS or tech sales experience including some closing responsibilities (AE, AM, ISR, or equivalent).

Proven success running a sales process from qualification to close in a commercial or transactional context.

Exposure to sales processes, CRM systems, and account-based workflows.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and confident.

Hunger to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in enterprise sales.

Proactive and organized—you manage your time and priorities with precision.

A collaborative, team-first attitude with a desire to help shape a new function from the ground up.
Bonus Points For:

Experience managing renewals or expansion within existing accounts.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom Info, Gong, etc.

Experience selling to manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance audiences.

Success working closely with field sales or supporting account executives.

Substituting out 1 week before trial?
Client has a healthy retainer deposited, but March is past due. I need to apply retainer, which would leave me with $0 in trust headed into federal trial in May 4. I had the client sign an undated substitution of counsel, subbing my firm out for him pro se, when he signed the attorney client agreement. It's certainly too late for any motion to withdrawal on the eve of trial. Anyone see any issues with substituting out? The client has the Constitutional right to represent himself. Looks like he'
