Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Local Business Line Marine Systems under the Marine & Ports Division, within the Automation Business Area, based in Busan, South Korea.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance.

Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews.

Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.

Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.

Provides project and administrative support, including billing, invoicing, SAP/NPR processing, project reviews, customer support, logistics coordination, documentation control, and general project management support.
Qualifications for the role

Highly skilled in project coordination, planning, and control within a new build shipyard environment

0–2 years of experience in a new build shipyard or related field

Customer-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools experience with project reporting systems is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
-
Business level in verbal and written English and native in Korean
