Position Mission

Are you passionate about technical sales and business development?

ABB is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join the Electrification division, covering the Southern Region of Brazil, especially the states of Paraná and Santa Catarina.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion by promoting ABB’s Electrification portfolio to customers and strategic channels. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities within industrial distribution channels, panel builders, and machine and equipment manufacturers

  • Drive commercial activities in the states of Paraná and Santa Catarina, with strong field presence and availability for frequent travel

  • Manage sales of Electrification products, systems, and services, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners, understanding their needs and positioning ABB’s full portfolio

  • Develop sales plans using ABB-approved tools, monitoring performance and implementing recovery actions when needed

  • Prepare offers in coordination with proposal and marketing teams, ensuring technical, financial, and commercial alignment

  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, commercial conditions, and other contractual aspects

Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales within the Electrification portfolio

  • Knowledge of industrial distribution channels, panel builders, and machine/equipment manufacturers

  • Availability for frequent travel within the region

  • Valid driver’s license (Category B), due to the need to operate a company vehicle

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering

  • Intermediate or advanced English

  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

  • Knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales planning
