This Position reports to: Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Set up and update incoming & final inspection related instruction and give training to inspectors
• Coordinate components and process quality issues handling, facilitate internal & external quality improvement through quality data statistic, analysis
• Involve in the NPI project and new supplier, new components/material develop project for quality planning and control
• Responsible for investigation for customer complaints, lead corrective action setting up and following
• Involve in internal & external audit and follow the implementation of corrective actions
• Participated in suppliers annual audit, approval, and potential supplier assessment
• Other tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
• Over 3 years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge and experience in ISO9001:2000 and Lean 6 Sigma
• ISO/TS16949 is preferred
• Good experience in problem solving and capable of leading
• Familiar with office software operation and CAD
• Communicate effectively
