岗位职责：

1. 进行二手数据的搜集、分析和整理，尤其是相关文献、行业信息及资讯的搜索、阅读、分析和归纳
2. 整理一手数据，包括行业代表人物访谈纪要等，挖掘有价值的信息
3. 协助项目组同事进行定量数据的分析，发现数字背后的规律
4. 协助项目组同事完成最终报告的撰写，包括PPT的内容调整，版式的设计和修订，翻译等
5. 协助完成团队交办的其他相关工作

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科学历及以上的在校生，医学、药学、生物等相关专业优先，有相关调研经验者优先
2. 有较强的文献搜索和阅读能力，熟练使用Pubmed, CNKI, 维普等相关数据库优先
3. 学习能力强，能快速掌握项目相关的细分领域专业知识
4. 中英文书面和口头表达流利，善于沟通
5. 每周至少实习3 天，至少持续3 个月，可尽快入职者优先
