About the Role
We are seeking 5 motivated and curious summer interns to support our team during the summer. In this role, you will gain practical experience in a professional environment and the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues. This position is ideal for students at the beginning of their career who are willing to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to daily operations.
This Position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a key person in ensuring efficient and correct planning of production in the factory each day and week to meet customer expectations, particularly in Europe.
Main tasks include:
- Handle and plan new customer orders to create the right conditions for efficient production and fulfillment of customer expectations (Master Planning)
- Release daily production volumes considering current conditions regarding material availability and capacity (Production Planning)
- Book transport of finished products and communicate with recipients
- Interact with freight forwarders and ensure export handling and invoicing (Transport Planning)
Through these roles, you will gain insight into how a planning function works in practice in a larger manufacturing company that produces using a make-to-order concept.
We expect you to be ready to work a significant portion of the summer, as you will act as a substitute for regular staff during their vacation.

- You are studying at university in an appropriate engineering field
- You manage Office 365 with a focus on Excel
- Comfortable communicating in spoken and written English
- Structured and responsible
- Meriting: Previous experience with business systems such as SAP
