Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

This position reports to the Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager and is based on-site in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, contributing to the electrification business.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations and manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork
• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow
• Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks
• Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary
• Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization
• Supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations
• Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment
• Ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles as a warehouse supervisor
• Night shift work (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Advanced experience with SAP, Excel, Power BI, and AutoCAD
• Experience in receiving, shipping, and supplying production lines
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Experience leading teams of 25+ people
• Advanced English proficiency
• IMMEX and CTPAT experience preferred
