Employer Branding Specialist Experience: 5 years in Employer Branding / Talent Branding / Recruitment Marketing / Brand Communications

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Specialist to position ABB as an employer of choice. This role will lead the development and execution of innovative employer brand strategies that attract top talent and foster employee engagement through multiple promotional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a compelling employer branding strategy aligned with Beyond Key’s talent needs and organizational culture.
  • Translate talent profiles into targeted recruitment marketing campaigns using brand marketing, digital media, and communication best practices.
  • Digital & Social Media Engagement
  • Promote the employee value proposition (EVP) across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and the company website.
  • Create and manage content calendars for recruitment campaigns, employee spotlights, and engagement initiatives.
  • Campaign Development & Execution
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to support talent acquisition goals and increase candidate engagement.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to amplify employee voices and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s – Must, Masters- good to have- degree in marketing, Communications, Design, Media, HR, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Brand Communications
  • Design & Visual Communication:

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Figma, or similar

  • Strong hands-on experience in visual design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite / Figma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in video editing and multimedia storytelling for digital platforms (LinkedIn, career sites, campaigns)
  • Excellent storytelling, content writing, and narrative-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive projects independently
