Position Overview

Reports to: Field Service Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an experienced electrical specialist, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in terms of electronics on our construction sites. Your focus is on troubleshooting and maintenance of medium and high voltage products both domestically and internationally. You love working directly on products and have a very high willingness to travel.

• You drive your service vehicle directly from your home office to construction sites throughout Germany and support customers nationwide and occasionally abroad
• Close and trusting collaboration with site managers, installation technicians, and switchgear technicians
• Timely and safe activation following maintenance measures or after troubleshooting – precise modification of our switchgear products including all associated work
• Consistent compliance with relevant safety regulations
• Creation and revision of maintenance protocols and documentation, procedures and specifications
• Routine training of customer personnel

Qualifications

• Successful vocational training with an electrical technology background, for example as a mechatronician, electronics technician or electrician
• Ideally, first professional experience in the field of energy technology
• Excellent German and good English, both spoken and written
• Flexible, assertive personality that thinks entrepreneurially, convinces with clear customer orientation and skillfully manages different cultures
• Very high willingness to travel with multiple overnight stays per week
