About the Role
This position reports to the IS Service Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.
Work Model: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the SAP Team in LATAM countries.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services
- Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
- Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility
- Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems

Qualifications
- A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in SAP SD functionalities, covering end-to-end processes such as Sales, Logistics, Invoicing, and Fiscal solutions, working as an SAP Consultant or SAP Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Argentine tax and regulatory requirements, including local fiscal compliance
- Proficiency communicating in English and Spanish
- Passion for team working and collaborative environment
- SAP certification will be considered as a differential
