This Position reports to: Local Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales order process, including SAP entry, PO creation, logistics, and delivery/inventory control for various project scales
• Handle necessary financial documentation (invoicing, revenue recognition) and support internal audit and process control requirements
• Ensure the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders and payments, coordinating with internal teams for necessary adjustments

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Proven experience using SAP and previous roles in Sales Operations or Order Management
• Fluent Japanese is required
• Conversational English (reading/writing/speaking) is necessary for communication with international colleagues/controllers
