We are now looking for a skilled Digital Solutions and Process Development Specialist to join our Operations team in Vaasa Finland. If you are a professional with a passion for leveraging technology and improving processes, you could be the one we are looking for!
In this role, you will work on AI implementation, digital tool development, data management, and billing process optimization to support our business operations. Our team includes professionals working on processes from order to invoice. You will also actively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Reports to: EL Sales Operations Manager
Work model: Hybrid
Responsibilities
You will mainly be responsible for:
- AI Development & Deployment: Participating in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions
- Digital Tool Development & Testing
- E-commerce Customer Enablement & Training: Supporting customers and internal teams in adopting digital commerce solutions
- Data Management & Process Reporting: Analyzing and reporting data using tools such as Power BI
- Taking ownership of billing processes

Qualifications
- BSc. or MSc. level degree from a related field, such as data science, commercial or engineering
- Extensive experience in using Sales Force and SAP in a B2B environment
- Experience in digital tools and process development
- Strong understanding of data management and reporting (Power BI or similar)
- Ability to learn and implement new technologies
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in specifically developing Sales Force and SAP automation and processes seen as a benefit
