Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assist in daily production scheduling for stator manufacturing, track production progress, capacity, and delivery status.
• Responsible for the digitalization and intelligent construction and operation of the stator production line, integrating the data chain of production, equipment, quality, and logistics to achieve data-driven, visualized, and traceable stator manufacturing.
• Participate in process optimization, quality improvement, and preliminary follow-up on production site issues

Qualifications for the role

• College degree, major in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics integration, electrical engineering or related fields
• Prioritize understanding the motor structure and stator production process (winding, embedding, wiring, shaping, insulation treatment, etc.)
• Familiar with basic office software (Excel, Word), able to create simple reports and analyze data
• Serious and responsible in work, strong execution ability, able to adapt to the working environment in the workshop, and possess good communication and coordination skills
