Your Role and Responsibilities
Reports to: Sales Manager
Work Model: Remote
This role contributes to the Smart Building/Smart Power divisions in China. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Volume: Sell products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups
- Customer Relations: Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience
- New Market Opportunities: Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers
- Administration: Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues
- Identify and develop sales opportunities, especially for digital solutions
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
- At least 3 years' sales experience in related industries
- Strong sales competency with digital capability & know-how
- At least experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) projects
- Strong learning ability and customer orientation
- Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity
- Result driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; good at teamwork
