The High Power Division

The High Power Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. The Division's induction, synchronous and special design motors and synchronous generators power critical applications across industry, infrastructure and marine transportation. Combining the best available materials with superior technology, the large motors and generators are designed to operate efficiently and reliably, even for challenging processes or applications and to have low life cycle costs.

Position Overview

This Position reports to: Production Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead new product transfer & introduction Project and ramp-up capability set up
• Introduce new equipment & tools before production. Optimize the equipment/tool design so as to improve production efficiency
• Prepare SOP and process quality control documents; and ensure that the contents specified in the documents are not separated from the production practice, clear and easy to understand, and can be effectively realized in the production process and achieve the desired effect
• Develop manufacturing technology, lead production line automation and digital intelligence transformation

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor degree or above, electrical and mechanical background
• At least 3 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge in CAD & Office
• Good in execution, planning, teamwork and communication
• Fluent in spoken and written English Skill
