As a Senior Product Specialist, You will report to Product Manager. And location is in Shanghai Songjiang Plant.

Key Responsibilities

• 主导海外优质产品的引进工作：开展国际市场调研与趋势分析，完成选品评估、供应商初步对接及引进策略制定，并推动产品本地化落地；
• 全流程管理进口产品上市：统筹从海外技术对接、合规认证、成本建模，到本地化包装设计、定价策略制定及市场推广执行的全链路工作；
• 高效协同跨职能团队：联动研发、质量、技术服务、市场、供应链、法规及销售等部门，确保进口产品高效、合规、高质量地进入中国市场；
• 辅助国产产品上市项目：基于用户洞察与竞品分析，参与本土新产品的定位、核心卖点提炼及差异化策略制定，支持Go-to-Market方案落地；
• 实施产品全生命周期管理：持续追踪产品市场表现，定期复盘销售数据与用户反馈，优化SKU结构、价格体系及迭代方向。

Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，化工、材料科学、市场营销或相关专业背景；
• 3年以上快消品、建材、化工或B2C领域产品管理经验，具备进口产品引进、跨境供应链或国际品牌合作经验者；
• 熟悉新产品上市（NPI）全流程，具备独立主导并推动跨部门复杂项目落地的能力；
• 英语流利（CET-6或同等以上水平），可作为工作语言进行商务沟通、技术文档撰写及国际会议交流；
• 具备良好的数据敏感度与基础分析能力，能熟练使用Excel或BI工具（如Power BI、Tableau）处理销售、市场及用户反馈数据，支撑产品决策与上市效果评估；
• 擅长通过AI工具和技术手段收集市场趋势、消费者行为等数据，利用这些数据优化产品定位、挖掘潜在市场需求，为产品创新提供数据支持；
