Data Analytics Intern, Manufacturing Operations
Work Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Hayward, CA (on-site)

The Role

As a Data Analytics Intern, you will support the Manufacturing Operations team by ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting across production workflows. You will work closely with the Production Manager to maintain clean, organized datasets and help monitor manufacturing performance. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data and translating it into actionable insights. Your work will directly support operational efficiency and visibility on the production floor.

You Will

  • Support the Production Manager with manual data entry and data validation tasks

  • Track work order starts and completions to ensure accurate production reporting

  • Navigate and utilize ERP systems (Odoo) to assist in creating and updating Manufacturing Orders

  • Organize and maintain structured datasets to improve reporting accuracy

  • Assist in generating reports, graphs, and dashboards to visualize production metrics

Must Have

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage and maintain accurate data records

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends

  • Experience converting data into graphs or dashboards is a plus
