Technical Program Manager

Dear hiring team,
I understand that the central requirement for this Technical Program Manager role is coordinating technical programs through architecture dependencies, milestones, decision forums, risk ownership, and launch readiness. I want to help technical teams preserve decision quality while moving complex, interdependent work toward launch.
As Senior Technical Program Manager, I held both execution and review responsibility. As workstream lead, I mapped technical dependencies across service teams and agreed delivery checkpoints with stakeholders. I used interface readiness and test evidence to identify the critical path rather than collecting status colors.
Within that same senior scope, I also owned the following work. With responsibility for the review standard, I aligned Agile and Scrum planning across teams for a shared launch, separating sprint commitments from external dependencies. I escalated a blocked approval with options and a clear decision deadline.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the decisions and delivery I owned, and how I could apply that experience in this role.
Sincerely,
J. Lee
