Dear hiring team,
I understand that the central requirement for this Technical Support role is diagnosing technical issues from reproducible evidence, communicating clearly, and escalating with enough context for durable resolution. I am motivated by support work that turns one customer’s issue into clearer diagnosis and fewer repeated failures for everyone.
I completed this work as Junior Technical Support Engineer with senior review. With a senior colleague reviewing the change, I performed networking troubleshooting with packet captures, DNS checks, and service logs. I isolated a certificate-chain failure and gave the customer a verified recovery procedure instead of a generic restart request.
Within that same senior-reviewed scope, I limit my claim to the assigned work. Within an assigned workstream, I handled on-call incident response with customer-impact prioritization, keeping a timeline of symptoms and actions. I used customer service updates to distinguish confirmed facts, workarounds, and the next check-in.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the decisions and delivery I owned, and how I could apply that experience in this role.
Sincerely,
J. Lee
