Dear hiring team,
I understand that the central requirement for this Growth Marketing role is finding leverage across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization through disciplined experiments and guardrails. I am motivated by growth work that compounds a real product advantage rather than manufacturing a short-lived metric spike.
During an internship placement, I owned one clearly bounded workstream. I confirmed the success criteria with my mentor, then handled source preparation, first-pass analysis, test documentation, and the final readout.
I traced one activation drop through channel, cohort, and product behavior, defined a bounded experiment with guardrails, and reviewed both the target signal and unintended effects. Follow-up review showed the guardrailed growth experiment in use, kept unresolved risks traceable, and left the owning team a repeatable basis for its next decision.
The team lead approved the final direction; I directly completed the evidence preparation and validation. That lets me describe a concrete contribution without claiming leadership beyond an intern’s scope.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the decisions and delivery I owned, and how I could apply that experience in this role.
Sincerely,
J. Lee
