• We are looking for a Sr.

Staff Program Manager:

• Cloud Infrastructure Services to join our Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services department, reporting to Manager, Cloud Operations. This position offers the flexibility of being remote or working in a hybrid capacity from San Jose, California. You will drive technical program management for our cloud and data center operations, bridging the gap between infrastructure engineering and customer onboarding. Your expertise in servers, networks, and cloud operations will be critical in executing high-impact projects in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing project charters, planning activities, and tracking milestones to closure

Provide management-level visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and information to ensure transparency

Develop and refine processes, program templates, and documentation to scale the organization

Coordinate cross-functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

Effectively utilize project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and dashboards to maintain operational excellence

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

8+ years of technical program management experience in networking, cloud operations, infrastructure, or data center technologies

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with VP-level stakeholders and navigate executive-level communications

Experience working collaboratively across organizations with strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business

Active U.S. citizenship

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Working knowledge of ISO 27001, FedRAMP High, or DoD IL5 compliance authorizations

PMP or Scrum Master certification:

Proven track record of influencing without direct authority at senior levels in innovative engineering environments

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range**$140,000—$200,000 USD**
