Visual & Content Team – Graphic Designer

What you’ll Do:

• Creation of compelling creative visual solutions including presentations, logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, posters, web banners, marketing and event materials, etc. for proposals, workshops and campaigns
• Sharp eye for layout design and an awareness of the latest design trends
• Able to support the team and senior stakeholders in translating business language and complex ideas into beautiful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking and innovation
• Skilled at solving design challenges under a consultative approach, ensuring adequate communication with stakeholders
• Flexible, resilient, highly committed and have a confident manner with the proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and highly innovative design environment
• You are energized by design challenges that require discovery, thought partnership, innovative thinking and team collaboration
• Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas and teams
• Engage and build relationships with firm members and leaders.

What You’ll Bring:

We seek energetic and dynamic individuals with demonstrated track record in graphics delivery. Graphic Designer will support multiple ZS practice areas and project teams and will need to be comfortable with a fairly expansive breadth of focus.

• Diploma or certificate course in MS Office/PowerPoint/Adobe suite are a plus
• You have excellent English language skills (oral and written communications)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment
• Experience working in a collaborative design environment, work experience in global/multi-national teams is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Client-first mentality
