Medical Affairs Manager What You’ll Do
- Lead direct client interaction in Medical Affairs, RWE, and HEOR across the product lifecycle managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members;
- Own responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions;
- Update senior leaders and prepare and present the majority of client presentations;
- Establish or maintain ongoing client relationships with key decision makers that drive new business development;
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and across practice areas;
- Support development of firm capabilities and offerings (recruitment, training, internal initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- MBA / Phd / MD from a top university strongly preferred but not essential, with a record of strong academic performance;
- Approximately 6-8+ years of prior management consulting experience, preferably in medical affairs, life sciences/pharmaceuticals but not essential;
- Client management experience with VP and C-suite executives;
- Record of successful and continued business development;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form;
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others;
- Analytic problem solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details;
- Excellent organization & planning skills.
